NetWork 14 presents its first program overview
HUMAN UPGRADE through AI, cybersecurity, leadership, and digital responsibility

Following the introduction of the HUMAN UPGRADE concept earlier this year, the fourteenth edition of the NetWork Conference is entering a new stage of preparations, presenting the first outlines of the program that will bring together the regional IT and business community in Neum from October 21 to 23, 2026.

NetWork 14, the leading business and technology conference in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region, will focus this year on the relationship between technology, business, and people at a time when digital tools are rapidly transforming the way organizations work, make decisions, manage operations, and protect business systems. The first announced program sessions confirm that the conference will once again address topics that follow technological trends while responding to concrete organizational challenges.

Among the topics highlighted in the program announced so far are artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud and data infrastructure, digital identity, data protection, software development, and business productivity. Sessions will explore, among other things, the application of GenAI tools in development processes, the selection of suitable architectures for AI projects, effective AI governance in companies in the context of business data, security challenges in modern business environments, new approaches to authentication and digital identity, data protection, management of large volumes of information, responsible content sharing, and the development of reliable digital services.

An important part of the program will also focus on topics that directly connect technology with the human factor. Through sessions on leadership in the AI era, communication, decision-making, collaboration among different generations in IT environments, and everyday organizational oversights that can lead to serious security incidents, NetWork 14 further develops the central message of this year’s HUMAN UPGRADE slogan.

“The first program overview shows that NetWork 14 does not view technology in isolation, but through its practical application in companies, teams, and business processes. Every year, our goal is to use the conference program to address the challenges and needs of the local business environment. Artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital transformation remain key topics, but this year’s focus goes a step further, towards the question of how people, leaders, and organizations can use technology more intelligently, securely, and responsibly,” said the organizers from Communis agency.

The Call for Speakers remains open through the conference’s official website, www.networkkonferencija.ba. Experts, practitioners, and enthusiasts from the IT and business community are invited to submit their presentations and share practical experiences, projects, and insights with one of the region’s most relevant technology communities.

The Early Bird registration period is also currently underway and will remain open until June 30, 2026. The number of registrations available at this rate is limited, and more information about ticket prices, speaker applications, and the conference program is available on the conference website.

For years, the NetWork Conference has been one of the key meeting points for IT professionals, business leaders, public sector representatives, and technology companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region. Through a combination of expert content, real-world business examples, high-quality networking opportunities, and engaging social activities, the conference continues to build a platform for discussing technology that creates real value for people, organizations, and society.
