AI can now summarize, analyze, generate ideas and sound confident while doing it. Impressive? Yes. Dangerous? Also yes — if we quietly move from using AI to being used by it. This talk asks a simple but uncomfortable leadership question: who leads whom? As AI equalizes access to knowledge, the real advantage moves elsewhere: character, judgment, maturity, responsibility and the courage to ask better questions. We will explore how uniquely human capacities - self-awareness, imagination, conscience and independent will - help leaders stay in charge of direction, not just speed. The session will also show practical ways to use AI as a strategic sparring partner for brainstorming, reflection, scenario thinking and decision framing. AI may help us think faster. The leader’s job is to make sure we still lead the way.
