Cybersecurity and Digital Public Administration: Croatia’s Experience as One of the Topics at the NetWork 13 Conference
Dok se poslovni svijet suočava s ubrzanim tehnološkim promjenama, NetWork 13 konferencija donosi odgovore na pitanja kako sigurnost, digitalna javna uprava...

As the business world faces accelerated technological change, the NetWork 13 conference offers insights into how security, digital public administration, and innovation are shaping the new digital reality.

From October 22 to 24 at the Grand Hotel Neum, under the slogan TEChTONIC CHANGES, the conference will bring together leading experts from the fields of technology, business, and innovation.

The Business Day program features dynamic sessions on cybersecurity, the digitalization of public administration through Croatia’s experience, financial innovations, the transformation of telecommunications, and inspiring keynote speeches.

One of the opening sessions, “Cyber Disruption: When Security Becomes Your Competitive Advantage,” will explore how cybersecurity has become a strategic priority for every company. It is no longer merely an IT issue but a factor that directly affects a company’s reputation, value, and resilience — and thus its overall worth. Senad Džananović, Cyber Security Director at ZIRA d.o.o. Sarajevo, will speak about current regulations and the role of security as both a competitive advantage and a driver of growth.

The next session, “Digitalization of Public Administration Services – Experiences from the Republic of Croatia,” will present one of the most advanced digital public administration systems in the region — e-Citizens (E-građani). Guest speaker Mr. Igor Ljubi, MSc, Dipl. Eng. El., Head of the Department for the Development of Electronic Services at the Ministry of Justice, Administration, and Digital Transformation of the Republic of Croatia, will share insights on citizens’ digital identities, the use of electronic services, and the main challenges of the digitalization process. The session will be moderated by Damir Dizdarević, Conference Content Director and Director of Logosoft d.o.o. Sarajevo.

The topics of cybersecurity and the digital transformation of public administration once again reaffirm the key message of the NetWork 13 conference — that technology, trust, and security are the foundations of a sustainable digital future.

The conference is organized and communicated by the Communis agency, supported by long-term partners — platinum sponsors Aircash and Logosoft, and telecommunications sponsor JP Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d. Mostar, along with many other sponsors, partners, and friends of the event.

For all those who wish to be part of this remarkable event, note that the conference begins in five days and that tickets are still available, with discounts for group registrations.
